Guys, Can I have the latest Bower update. He is killinng me SC and DT. How much longer until he returns
Guys, Simon White.....I didn't even realise he was injured until today!
How bad is this MCL strain/tear guys?
I have read he will miss two weeks but is he a walk in starter when healed or is it only if other players are still out that will see him come back in?

Hi guys,
Can anybody give any insight into Scotland's goal post-like strapping/padding on his right leg (I think)? Has he had quad issues or is it temporary (corky)?
Gun Dream Teamer and would love him in my side.

According to the official injury report on the AFL website, White injured his knee and is expected to miss 3-4 weeks

There is a bit of debate going on amongst Carlton supporters as to what this means for White in terms of staying on the senior list. Fisher is back, meaning White has apparently been demoted back to the rookie list. However, seeing as though we have a nominated rookie spot up for grabs I would imagine that White will take that spot and be available for senior selection once he recovers from this injury.
With Walker, Bower and Austin hopefully fit and firing by then, I can't see White getting back into the team. However, we do seem to have more of our fair share of injuries to defenders but I reckon now's a good a time as any to offload him.

I still think there would be a spot for White in the team even with those 3 back in the seniors.
Thornton seems to be out of favour and he has really struggled lately. Would not surprise me in the slightest if White is groomed as his long-term replacement and we saw him play plenty of games in the 2nd half of the season.
Having said that, for DT purposes it is probably a good time to offload him now as it'll be over a month before we see him back.

Injuries helped him get into the team. He would need Walker, Lucas and/or Russell to get injured again to get back in.
If you have him.....why? OFFLOAD.
If you don't.......DON'T.
What can you guys tell me about Joe Dare? There was some talk of him in the pre-season that me might get a few games this year. With the mid-season rookie upgrade period coming up what do you think his chances of getting a senior game are like? How has his form been at the Bullants?
I'd imagine Joe will spend the year refining his craft in the ants. A few would be ahead of Joe as a third tall defender, White, Davies.....not supercoach/dreamteam material.

Don't bother with him in either DT or SC - may turn out to be a player for us but certainly not this season.
I'd be amazed if he got anywhere near a senior game in 2010.
