The only thing that upsets me is that we do not have "independants" on the board. I do not think there is anyone there that represents the typical member.

Agree wholeheartedly. We should have a position that commands some kinda supporter union boss/ representative that keeps the feedback / communications lines happening. Who are the club's most valued customers??

Melbourne has 10 clubs.

Not being smart or anything, but we'll acquire more new members on the GC than we will in Melbourne. If that happens playing 3 or 4 games a season there are no problems only benefits.

So, how do you fit the 20,000+ Melbourne members you are so confident of replacing into the 10,000 seat stadium at the GC?

RoyalBlue i am right there with you on that. There is no doubt once the Footy Show comes around JB will do his upmost to pump us up at any chance he gets. Will be good to have someone on prime TV to be talking about us.

the new show on channel 9 using a talking footy type show will be interesting. caroline wilson will be on this as will wayne carey this is supposedly a channel 9 coup, but i hope the duck sticks it up the usc as he will be tested all yr.
