Was stoked when he kicked that early goal. Got that cork early apparently so he's a tough little bugger to keep playing

Hope like **** he's right for next week

Loved the fact he took half a second to evaluate and pop the ball over the defenders hand, rather than a rushed snap that gets smothered. Was very effective with his handballing and did have that amazing kick out of the centre, good vision!

Was one bad kick I saw where he loaded up on his left to JK, he seemed to throw the ball up way too far from his body and it was not a controlled drop but most of his work was awesome. Unlucky with his tackle on Mclean, hope he cleans him up fair and square next time. I loved it when Priddis caught Mclean HTB after he tried to shrug Priddis high, but he was way too strong.

I didn't realise he was already 85kg - that's about as big as he wants to get at 184cm.

I think he has talent but desperately lacks composure and makes average decisions. That and finding the ball 20 times a game needs to be a focus. I sense he might be one that will come good past 50 games when he feels truly comfortable at the level.

He seems to be more composed when in traffic and less so when out in space. Perhaps, he is more of an instinct player atm and plays better when he doesnt have too much time to make a decision. Though, definitely can improve with experience.

Same Height as Shuey who is 90kg but he should slowly put on the extra 4-5 KG's needed to really be that bollocking inside mid.

Needs to be in the squad all year and with Sheed finding form and us blooding Mutimer we are building some good Midfield depth for when Priddis and Mitchell hang up the boots. We need to get a few games by the end of the year into Parto and Venebles by years end if possible.

Think he is taller than that now. His body shape might change if they plan on him playing inside but atm it's a decent size for a balanced midfield game.

I think he is taller now. He looks taller than boots.woudnt be surprised if he is around 186cm mark.

This kid allergic to finding the footy?

So disappointed in his development.

I don't question his work ethic, but something has/ is going wrong with his development. Where did the lad who could hit JK on the tit go? The one who didn't just average 13 disposals a game. It's worrying, although I'm not prepared to write him off like others have done.

I'd play him in the WAFL as the main midfielder for a block of weeks. I have serious questions over how his current role is helping the team significantly now, and for the future. Surely we didn't draft him to play as a Half Forward Flank or whatever he is doing right now, he isn't going to become a great player there. Put him in the guts in the WAFL, let him get some stats ala Jetta and Sheed at the beginning of this year after they were dropped, bring him back when he has more confidence and don't play him as a half forward. I still believe he will be very, very good for us, in the right role.

Could realistically be another shep. Keep flogging a dead horse playing him in the middle and half forward destroying his confidence and then throw him back and he just becomes another half back flanker where he played majority of under age footy

It's sad but I no longer even see him at stoppages any more. Move him to half back and move Nelson into the middle.

Could be. But has he really been given much of a shot in the middle, at any level?

Looking back at how the board went early on him after only a handful of games is going to provide lols for years to come.

Swiftsa all over again.
The difference being that Swift was always speculative. Duggan was meant to be a guarantee.

I've advocated for keeping him in the team, as I don't really believe we have much in the wafl that'll perform better. But I do think there's something wrong with his mindset or our midfield coaching because he's lost everything which made him look good early on. So a bit of wafl development may be good for him. As long as he's played in the guts all game, which he isn't getting to currently.
