I know it won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I'd like to try this again in a few months. Any suggestions for improvements or role changes would be gratefully received.

Personally, if you're going to run a DnD style game, I think you want to give each role a choice of spells.

One low risk, low reward spell and another high risk, high reward one.

So if you roll a Nat 20, you should get an extra kill, or seer or something.

Not sure if I've explained it well.

But I always enjoy games with different mechanics.
