You'd think the sponsors that missed out would pay for the costs to be patched in.

I will be seeing opposition jumpers in this game a LOT more than I see on TV.

I don't even know any other teams sponsor. I will be learning from this game, except for the ones that have none.

Yeah went with Mattycoff.
One thing we asked was about individual player statistics for the match and ongoing stats. None are present in the game and this is very disappointing. Is available in WII version though which is bizarre.

This comment could be interpreted in many different ways. Which one do you believe to be correct?

a) - When playing a season it doesnt save the individual players stats along the way? <- highly doubt this has been overlooked

b) - After an exhibition match you cannot view the overall stats for the match? <- again, would be a disappointing oversight, but really not a big deal.

c) - Does not save user stats over their playing career?

Can you please clarifiy which of these (or any other examples) you were referring so there is no confusion.

We played a couple of exhibition games and there was no way to view individual player stats. Had top goal scorers and stats getters, top 2-3 for each side and a heap of team stats, however, something we couldn't view were goals kicked and individual player stats. Was bizarre. Fingers crossed it is in the season mode...

I know that the Coleman medal is awarded so the statistics are kept at least partially. It would be a bit annoying if we couldn't view them though.

Agreed. Especially during season mode. I'd wanna make sure I can rig it so that Murphy wins the Brownlow every year. :D

Anyway, who's coming down to Highpoint for the JB demo on Monday? 2-5pm I think it is.

I will most likely be there.

Just about to head down to Fountain Gate for the 10-2 play session, I'm not running it, Neil from Tru Blu is, however I'll be around for a couple of hours if anyone wants to catch up.

not going to pop your head in to JB on Bourke St ?

Unfortunately it's pretty unlikely.

There will be a further play session at the foodcourt at the ground level of Big Ant Studios HQ, 271 Collins Street Melbourne, more details to follow - that will be the final play session before launch, we will have coders, artists, designers etc.. available for a chat during it.

is that near Australia on Collins?

The *final* play session is at Big Ant HQ as follows:

Friday 15th April
8am - 11am
Food Court, Ground Floor
271 Collins Street, enter near the Lindt Chocolate shop

We will have designers, coders, myself, on hand at various times to discuss all things AFL Live. We also will have some posters to give out to those that win matches on the day :)

Oh so tempting. With Eastland tomorrow and this on Friday, I may be in for a big week. ;)
