I know how it all works but because of the public perception of guys like Martin and Swan being the bad boys of the AFL they can never successfully sue as it would become their word against hers

Women aren't a minority group in Australia. There are now more women than men in Australia, there have no less privileges then men do, in fact, men are more of a minority group, smaller in number and lack the same access to preferential education and employment based on moronic quota systems, preferential treatment in the courts, preferential access to children in failed relationships.

It mustn't be allowed 'within their 4 walls'. Just like no criticism is allowed within their 4 walls. I don't even take Richmond seriously anymore. I understand they are a football club, but under Hardwick they are more like a cult. Now before Richmond supporters jump down my throat, I actually do rate your list. I think they could achieve great things, but they won't under Hardwick.
