I guess when their new director of football is apparently a tennis coach then no suprise, they probably saw AFL games on the resume, got excited and did 0 research. They will learn the hard way I guess

On another note, besides the fact Sherman has had more clubs than Geoff Ogilvie...what can you tell us about him as a coach?

Wasn’t at the game, so unaware of what sort of comments were directed at the young Pacco player.

Any “independent” observers who can confirm whether the comments were racist in nature? If they were, then that is absolutely disgusting and deserves unreserved condemnation. However too often the “R” word gets thrown around willy, nilly, and without any justification at all. It is a very ugly and damaging slur if used indiscriminately and unfairly.

It seems 1 person, livefor saturdays, a Pascoe Vale supporter, has made that assertion, and everyone else here, with Turbo (predictably), eagerly pouring fuel on the fire has assumed it’s true, and joined in the pile on against Strathmore supporters.

Ok, that’s fair enough. If it was racist then that is absolutely disgusting from those supporters. In this ( hopefully more enlightened) day and age there is absolutely no excuse for racist abuse, made even worse, if possible, because the victim is young.

If the perpetrators are identified then they should be banned, and/or suspended if they are current players.

The incident I believe he asked about was the one between APW and Pascoe Vale ?
Not sure about APW and Keilor incident.
