Lol, take it seriously. 90% of them would be cooked three minutes in.

The idea is to laugh at them, see some skills that are still there and make money for charity. You’re really missing the point.

The charity is missing the money they could get. Am I really missing the point if it doesn't hold my interest. Get a bit more serious get the crowd in and get a bit more for the charity(which has a questionable history)

I still play footy at 45 and there is a lot of guys older than me that bang in pretty hard and manage to run out a whole game and hardly train. 90% cooked three minutes in is a stretch for ex AFL. It's like watching training really.

Is is legitimately empty.
Probably a combination of
- Not well advertised in Adelaide.
- Weather
- Price of entry
- Mix up over 7.20 or 7.50 start
- Port and Crows not playing finals. Footy crowd in Adelaide are "done" for the year.

May just be that is better suited for TV rather than live viewing event.

Think the Adelaide best and fairest is tonight as well plus the show. Can understand why they took it elsewhere but it really should stay at Etihad they usually get about 20k there and a roof is a fun cheap night for the family

It is a lot of this.
I only went to one, there was no "commentary" at the ground which directs you to a lot of the events happening on the ground.
The year I went, Hamish and Andy and Russell Gilbert were involved, and there were a lot of boundary line skits, but if you weren't focusing on it, you'd never know what was happening, because there was zero crowd engagement.

Why don't they rotate it? all-stars vSA, all-stars v WA and all-stars v Vic.
Too much Vic bias
What is the name of the game?
Which state is that name most closely associated with?

True, having the commentary from BT & JB playing through the speakers at the ground would be a good addition.
