Lol - well below - going into the last round you had one 1 more win. If you haven't worked out who is better watch the game again.

Your double up games blues, ess, us, pies and Freo? Handy
We lead up until late into the third quarter, if you deny resting players didn't have an affect then your a ****ing moron.

He should get fined. Why pick out 1 poor decision - not like his own team didn't get their own gifts.

Why poke the bear? Poor guy would have been emotionally shot and then some grey suit from the AFL sits in on the presser to babysit him. Inflammatory behaviour and poor form from the AFL.

Cotchin, Ellis, Lids and Edwards had the biggest impact on the result.

Not sure why you would rest them this week and not last week???

Carlton have won more finals than Richmond in the past three years and haven't even finished in the top eight in that time.
Come on man, you can't use that against them. Richmond don't have the benefit of playing Richmond in finals.

Brad Scott absolutely vindicated in resting half the team prior to this match - he came in for a lot of flak for 'flirting with form' but North looked very composed throughout the last quarter. The benefits of resting 9 senior players last week may continue to emerge as North attempts to topple the Swans at ANZ stadium next week.
I give them every chance of sending the Swans out in straight sets.
Form wasn't exactly good. Didn't hurt in the end but the hoodoo North have against Richmond is the factor here.

North played it well. Put in a press, and hang 5 meters off your direct opponent. Pressure the Tigers ball carrier into bombing long,a nd have the Tigers players caught out of position for the intercept. We got sucked up the ground too often, and got caught out of position, especially when we regained a disputed possession.

Was never confident in this game, and actually tipped North Melbourne to win. We just never seem to be able to play a full 4 quarter game against North.

Just had no leaders to stand up. Dusty was okay, but was played up the ground too much. Has been known to trouble North's defenders, so why not play him forward. A few strange calls structure wise for us, including the selection of Griffiths who was TOO underdone. Conca looked alright from the time he came on, so that one was alright in my opinion. Morris would have been handy if only for the pressure he would have applied at Half Forward.

Still the same needs based on last year. A small, crumbing forward, another inside midfielder ad if you can limit Cotchin, and keep miles accountable, our lack of outside run dries up.

I'm not angry, not upset. Just disappointed. Still, 2015 was another learning curve. We are now a more consistent, well rounded side than we have ever been, and the gulf between our best and worst has shrunk. This season will be seen as a failure, but plenty of positives to take out of it, and into a strong 2016.

Congratulations to the Kanga's. Played better for longer, and their pressure and attack on the footy really did the damage. Deserved the win, and a prelim should just be about theirs now.

It was the AFL getting on the front foot. They knew the question was coming about the decision and wanted to shut down any criticism of the umpires.

Maybe. But coaches know they can't comment on umpire decisions. Dimma should have known better than to take the bait.

Easier said than done. Emotions would have been sky high, especially on the back of a third finals loss in a row. Strong mitigation.

Good game great result. Tiger fans blaming the umps and not that selfish act by Vickery is classic tiges. The free was there but it was on an angle with 7 mins left in the game no guarantee he would have kicked the goal and even if he did the Tigers just have a special knack of crumbling in big moments. Great game tho. Wce v North prelim.

If that's accurate, throw the book at whoever did it. We might be light on for fans, but we're not that desperate enough to want that sort.
agree doesn't matter who he supports if true that shit is not on

Here's a tip Richmond supporters: stop spending weeks upon weeks claiming you're way better than all the teams above you on the ladder and you'll be less disappointed when you inevitably lose.

One bloke on their board was talking about booking flights to Sydney ahead of time lol.
I told them not to get ahead of themselves...

I for one won't be jinxing North against Sydney next week.

They won't live it down- plenty of talk of rule changes to stop what they did.

They certainly got extremely lucky that even finishing well below the Tigers, they only had to tank to ensure not travelling to Adelaide, whereas the Tigers had to win.

Could have made all the difference as you say, who knows.
Here's 40 cents. Ring someone who cares. #Chokers

Man. There really is some arseholes here!

Put yourself in their shoes. Have a little class

They (Richmond supporters) would be sinking the boots into us had we lost....
That's bigfooty...

Far as i'm concerned they deserve it for being so damn obnoxious and cocky the last two weeks.
