Something needs to happen....

We are crap.

I now agree with the thinking of the OP. I had so much hope at the start of the season, now I'm so disappointed. I hope we can turn it around under another coach...not Wayne Campbell either!

Totally agree.Mission failed Terry...Goodbye. Trade Tambling for maybe a pack of footy cards. Jake King? Why is he playing AFL.

I don't have any answers but it seems neither do Richmond. A losing culture has well and trully set in at Richmond. How can a professional footballer not hit a target. If I was that bad at my job I would be sacked.Be ashamed Richmond ...you have turned our club into a laughing stock.

The players need to take the blame too. So many mistakes.

But like the OP said, Wallace does need to go. Wouldn't mind him to be replaced by Hardwick or Buckley.

I totally agree with the title of this thread. Enough is enough!! Somebody must take responsibility for this constant onfield crap that we have to put up with and that lays with Wallace, his coaching staff & a few of the senior players. I'm so sick of this rubbish us Tiger fans have to put up with.

I love the Tiges, please do not question that.

But it is time for Wallace to move on, He has had 4 years.
I know we have Cousins, Cotchin, Coughlan and Raines the come back, but i am over all the excuses.

Sheedy, sharpen your pencil and get ready to take over the reigns.

Tamlbing, worst game of the year, Why do we keep picking Edwards?

I am as ropable as the next Richmond supporter, but the past four years has taught me a lot about this team and the apathy is serving me well. If there is to be a change, I hope it comes quickly. I'm quickly losing interest in the long term wellbeing of our football club, we can't talk anymore of the old Richmond, we have a terrible bunch of unskilled footballers they and the fact that new clubs will diminish the ability of the draft to deliver capable footballers will mean that this club will be nowhere near a finals finish in the next 5 years.

Sheedy, sharpen your pencil and get ready to take over the reigns.
?

Big no to this!

Sheedy is not the answer.

We need a coach with limited or no baggage, Wallace had it by the truckload and I think it has played its part in our inability to markedly improve. Sheedy has it too. New blood is needed if we get a new coach.

What the fcuk is happening with the development of our players??? I'm absolutely sick & tired of sh&t disposals made from the majority of our list! Something has to give & bloody soon, I say. The cleansing needs to start from Wallet & his band of jesters who have had every opportunity to make our list @ least competitive. Wallet has pathetically failed and must bite the bullet NOW for a caretaker coach to experiment with our underdeveloped list and begin the cleansing period AGAIN at season's end! It is obvious that apart from Wallet, there are players on the list that do not give a rats a$$ about playing for the RFC!!!

Why not Wayne Campbell, if we had 22 players out their today that played as smart and passionate as he did then we would probably be happy now.

So don't just bag him explain YOUR reason?

i would have no issue with sheedy taking over in a caretaker position - just till the remainder of the season.

Do you remember when Alan Jeans took over for just the one season? Onfield we did not achieve a heck of a lot, but the players and Northey both paid credit to the later success to the lessons and experience and MENTALITY that Jeans instilled into a disjointed, young playing group in that short time.

Sheeds would be good for the remainder of the year -just to teach our players about the basics and fundamentals of football - and to perhaps rejuvenate the squad mentally.

I really like the spirit that's usually at the Tigers, and I was disappointed to see you guys unable to come through today. I was looking forward to seeing a Tigers team play the finals this year (and you never know, it's a long year after all). However, I'm wondering if Sheeds is going to be offered a coaching gig, and I'm looking forward to watching the inevitable BF poll on prospective coaches for the Tigers. Should be interesting.

its not just the coach, the place, the club is just a shithole.

we go through coach after coach and regardless we are still shit and our supposedly best skilled players cant hit a friggin target.

i give up, this club will never get its shit together.

by all means bring in hardwick or matthews, or buckley or williams or all at once, mark my words we'll ruin their career as well, we're just a basketcase of a club -i give up
