League have to be consistent with VAR (fat chance).
For me it wasn't a pen, but shouldn't have been overturned because it wasn't clear and obvious.
If they're going to overturn all decisions like that, we'll and good. But as we saw at West Ham it's the inconsistency that makes VAR farcical.
Bit of inconsistency between reports too that VAR made the decision because of a technical hitch and Hooper made the decision after viewing footage on a "backup" TV.

Well got a lot of work on after that performance but it's early days.
Coufal was awful defensively, AWB needs to start moving forward. Was too easy for Villa to counter attack in the second half.
Just didn't seem in sync especially when it came to pressing. Did like the look of Summerville when he came on.

The only reason it was overturned was because of a glitch in VAR.
The ball from Trent to play Salah through for Jota's goal was divine.

It's amazing how easy the game can look when a player makes a ball like that. Once it's played, it's a goal.
Tipped Brentford to go down, and watching this unless they plan to go out and buy a lot of players they are in trouble. Brentford making Palace look like City right now.
