Always tough first game back after a break so great to get the won when not playing well. Sanchez with some huge saves and Sancho had a cracking debut.

Take he points and move on.

Taylor a bit card happy with 14, such a campaigner.
It's actually ridiculous how incompetent the majority of EPL referees are.

Yeah, biggest richest league and they have a bunch of spuds in charge of games. Just go out and poach the best from other leagues.

Pretty obvious Taylor has an obsession with us(every time he tries to **** us), shouldn't be getting our games.

He's awful.

Gillett is doing our game and he is also atrocious.

Wow he is doing the NLD. Normally they give him rubbish games involving Bournemouth, Everton, United or the promotion clubs

Apparently Trent and Robbo kicked the ball away. No yellow though. Go figure.
The worst one was Szoboszlai right near the end already on a yellow. I guess you aren't really time wasting if you boot the ball with a minute left while losing

Konate and Robertson picking the ball up after those free kicks would be considered delaying the restart under the letter of the law right? 🤔
Szoboszlai kicked the ball away on a yellow to delay the restart too, and like I said when Rice got done on two yellows that it wouldn't take long for PGMOL inconsistency to rear its ugly head.

It was letter of the law for Rice, its not letter of the law this week and suddenly its about "the refs not making the game about themselves" when really its that Kavanagh has a long history now of making horrendous calls against Arsenal, and that Arsenal have to pressure the league to have him prevented from officiating Arsenal matches just as Liverpool did to stop having Darren England stop ruining their games.

Just saw that Everton lost again with a 2 goal lead. Any club that finishes below them this season should be wound up at full time on the final day.
It's the first time since 2022 that a team has given away consecutive 2-0 leads. That was Bournemouth and they're still around.

It's pretty simple. Don't give a ref the opportunity to make a decision you don't like.

If Rice wasn't stupid he wouldn't have been sent off.

Yeah sent off for a rule that was judged incorrectly since the BHA player either took the FK when he kicked it into Rice, or he took the FK 8-10 yards away from where the foul was so should have been taken back. Either way that was never a yellow for Rice.

Either way, it wasn't the ref "making a decision you I don't like" it was the ref making a horrendously incorrect call and he should have been stood down. Happened when VAR got the call badly wrong against us last year or the year before, and should have happened here.

The lack of a red for the dangerous kick on Rice was the cherry on top of a shit cake.
