Mmmm, better not, reckon most of it was either illegal or unethical. Best you leave a guy like Wallis in charge, his supposed record keeping incompetence is actually believable.Brave *
They still don't understand how ASADA and WADA work. They don't need to prove you are guilty, you have to prove you are innocent. Do they not understand that bans have been made for people missing drug tests or not being where they are mean't to be. You are responsible for what goes into your body.
Document your drug taking people FFS.
Not sure he even put that much effort in.View attachment 341509
Method of recordkeeping- D.Wallis
That's not what happened at all. They proved they were guilty of a conspiracy to conceal information. They don't need to prove you are guilty, you have to prove you are innocent.
Actually if they had continued to not document any drug use they may have avoided any bans. WADA must punish individual athletes, so it was the consent forms each player signed for TB4 which nailed them. They didn't receive any bans for the many other, far worse PEDs being used - because WADA could only prove they were going to the club, and couldn't prove which players they were used on.Brave *

Herald Sun can't help themselves. Even in a story about McDevitt having acted without blemish, the headline and content repeat the allegations and have him being "cleared of lying" instead of something more accurate like "false & baseless accusations dismissed". At least Bruce Francis and Alan Hird were called out (amongst others) for being the ignorant and blinkered half-wits who tried to smear him.
And 15 years after Carlton were pinged severely for salary cap infringements (something that Essendon had been involved in as the first major salary cap infringement club)... Carlton still get called cheats."Stop calling us drug cheats, we took our punishment and we want to move on..."
Haha. Even more confirmation that the AFL 'independent' tribunal was a farce.
The AFL pretty much bent their back in contorted angles just so they could lessen the damage as much as possible to that putrid club. I hope this makes the AFL revisit their decision and actually ping them for doping. Something that should have happened after the CAS decision.

We did our time, we took our punishment and didn't take the high court road like we could have... but we still get called cheats!
Came out with his integrity intact.McDevitt....he no slouch

I see the saga as akin to the comedy career of Eddie Murphy.
It starts off super funny, but then goes on years past its use-by date. And then eventually every time you see there is another installment, you just wish it would end...
*FC have just upped the price of GA tickets to the ANZAC clash from $30 to $60, wonder what they need the extra money for?
Lawyers must be demanding payment
