It’d be a flex on the competition if they can somehow manage to get top 4 with a percentage in the 90s

has that ever even been done before?

Sure... except the others are all 1 or 2 interstate games in their first 8..... the Dees being the outlier with 3 games. And then Essendon with 4, to start the year.
What the hell are you talking about?

Interstate trips in the first 8 rounds:

Adelaide: 4
Brisbane: 4
Sydney: 4
Good Coast: 3
West Coast: 4
Fremantle: 4
GWS: 5

If you want to play in the VFL then you'll be coming to Melbourne every fortnight.

Also Good Coast? Certaintly not when the travel.

Looking forward and considering this thread it's gonna be a real toss up as to which will be more satisfying, an Ess finals win or a sh#t bagger finals failure

Two team states? How is that relevant?

Let me get this straight. You’re upset that Essendon had to travel as many times in the first 8 rounds as the team that is checks notes first?
No, where did I say I'm upset? Just wondering how the teams you listed could play less interstate games, given there's only one other team in their state.

Don’t forget the multiple trade week titles as well … 👍

I’m enjoying this thread.

The fact that somebody sat down and made this is just… sad

Imagine feeling this much feeling about an admin guy from a football club that you’ve never met.

It’s the definition of “touch grass”

I think we should get the Collingwood treatment and never have to travel.

We’re the bigger club, after all.
