Yep, this is going to be a joke. I was envisaging a 30 sec time limit max. This will take hours, if not days.

Well I'm not complaining about Ablett with the 3rd pick, but who is 'Lin Jong', and why?!? Hoping to have at least a mildly competitive league. And don't mind the time limit for the back end of the draft...may have forgotten to get the order right beyond the first 60 or so picks :S so time to research wouldn't go astray and have time to make a pick without worrying im gonna miss a 2 min gap

You have a lot of time when others are making picks though. 2*12*24 rounds = 9 hours.

Right, but can only plan so much. A lot changes on the fly with who people pick in front of you. Other alternative is to make it smaller rosters.

If the site had a lay out where you could legit research while the draft was on instead of just names on the side with no further info you could plan a lot better as it goes, but given it's just names with 30 sec time limit you'd end up blowing a lot of picks in the 12 - 22 player range of your team just out of rushing it, becomes higher variance then.

What is the salary cap for each team ?

And the value of each player ?

There is no salary cap. You pick the best available.

There is no salary cap. You pick the best available.

I had no idea.

It's no fun this way - And little need for strategy.

There's plenty more strategy in a draft league vs normal dt with the extremely generous salary cap. The strat and research element is more prevalent in the later rounds.
