True. A lot of people in our league didn't make the first draft though, which doesn't fill me with confidence.

Well, hopefully it's like the yahoo nba drafts where if a person gets timed out/isnt there during their first round pick they are auto-skipped from there on out.

It's not, well at the least the last draft we did wasn't. Not sure if the new one is different.

I can reduce it to as low as 30 seconds, but I think no lower than 2 min.

Throwing it out there, we should do categories scoring and not total points. Otherwise it's no different to fantasy elite.

Imo, yes. Just gives you more things to think about than just total points.

Yeah, pretty sure everything would be weighted the same where a kick and handball are just 1, just 1 for everything except for goal kicking which would obv be tallied to a total score with goals being worth 6 and behinds 1. Just means you have to put more thought and effort into drafting for certain categories at certain points to try and make sure you can cover those things vs total points which is pretty plain and simple. It's really the way fantasy afl games (dt, supercoach) should have been run from the start.
