Look, Hardie got his degree in the Northern Territory.

That is hard work. His legal knowledge was developed in a brutal place where no quarter is asked or given. His views must be taken seriously.

If you can go through all the difficulties of a law degree at the same time as living in a place where Crocodiles murder innocent teddy bears then he has to be taken seriously.

Think you guys will be surprised at the result, your hatred isnt letting you see the facts. Luckily the judge will make judgements on points of law

He will, in effect, have to make a new law in order to banish this investigation by setting precedent. My understanding is that such decisions are made less on points of law and more so on the spirit and interpretation of the law.

It is foolish for any lawyer to make predictions about a court case where he does not have access to all the facts, especially a teaching lawyer.
And one who proclaims to be a conspiracy theorist!

the Essendon lawyer today, pointed out which areas of law asada had broken and the judge acknowledged those points. I am not going through it again if your to lazy to watch it yourself.

Are you even out of high school?

what's with essendon fans and failing to grasp basic comprehension?

just because the judge didn't laugh essendon out of the building at this preliminary hearing doesn't mean he's acknowledging that ASADA have broken the law. he's simply allowing essendon to present their case.

Fortunately for the essendon football club, martin Hardie got a degree and works in law for a living, because clearly noone on here does.

Those who can, do, those who can't, teach.

Martin Hardie got his law degree from some glorified TAFE in the Northern Territory, it's the scientific academic equivalent of a degree in creation science.

Robbo and Sam Newman give EFC more credibility.

Umm no, if he did that there would be no need for a court case.

All he did was allow them to challenge re these points at the court case in August where both sides will present their arguments and he will decide.

Today was merely procedural and a step towards the August hearing.
