Of course, as you will notice I stated IMO on several occasions. What we do know is after the AFL punished Essendon at the completion of the AFL's involvement into the investigation of Essendon, Charter, Alavi and Hooper were interviewed by ASADA.

The AFL code specifies that each player must report to the club medical officer everything they take. Where are these documents?

Well.. you'd hope not being leaked to the media as it would be a complete breach of confidentiality.

Why is everyone so impatient to see what washes out of the courts and the investigation? For a bunch of people that are so sure of Essendon's guilt without even seeing probably 10% of the available evidence you sure are impatient.

A further view could be:

If ASADA has the players on TB4, and you believe the players have suffered enough, IMO a strong moral case could be argued that it is a appropriate to try and get off on a technicality.

I thought it was the Essendon people that were the impatient ones, claiming that this investigation has dragged on for too long and we just want it over.The players have suffered for too long, free James Hird, blah blah blah

then all of a sudden its injunction time.

So many experts saying the the bombers are guilty, or cheats or whatever.

The facts of the case are this...

The SC notices have been provided to 34 players of EFC. People say (in hope) that they must be guilty / must have enough evidence etc etc.

Over these 18 months full of vitriol. There have been 100's if not 1000's of articles written about the saga. Plenty of these with leaked information, via ASADA & AFL from there joint investigation. Not one article can point to a single piece of evidence that EFC players were injected with TB4. The closest they get is saying that Charters sold to Dank, thats asfar as it goes.

If there was factual evidence that would have been leaked long ago.

Ask yourself the question, why have all the players re-signed for the club. Including as recently as last week? These guy have more intimate knowledge than any of us.... If they were worried they would have legged it when they had the chance.

Also Danks SC was for Essendon & Gold Coast, anyone pursuing them, naaah didnt think s..

And what is it about the last 18 months that suggests to you that the players have suffered much that the Federal Court is morally obliged to throw the investigation and case out?

Not sure if this has been asked, sorry if it has.

If the injunction is successful and we have to wait god knows how long before any action is taken, can the afl suspend the players pending the outcome of the case before the high court? Plenty of people in the workplace are stood down pending the outcome of an investigation, why not the players? They would be on full pay of course.

Time for someone to turn up the heat, let the evidence determine guilt or innocence so everyone can move on.

You're mistaken. 34 show cause notices suggest ASADA believe there is more than enough evidence to suggest the players have a case to answer.

Couldn't see in your post the facts you are referring to - you couldn't even correctly state the "fact" that only 20 of the show cause notices have been sent to Essendon players.

It's not "in hope" at all. It's based on the underlying legislation requiring that the CEO of ASADA has to consider the evidence and be satisfied that a contravention of the code may have occurred before he issues the SC notices.

Instead, they are running sand hiding like the guilty cowards they are.

How do you think this is going to end up?

Do you think 15 court injunctions will stop whats coming?
