AFLW 2024 - Round 10 - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
Please pick Hodge. Seeing footage of him for Box Hill he's obviously been to the Jay Neagle Fat Farm in his layoff, won't last a quarter in the seniors before blowing up completely.
Being serious for a moment, I think this game will be a hell of a lot closer than a lot of people think.
Buddy not playing against his bunny's will hurt us.
Given that fact, I would say the Hawks by around 13 goals.
"Luke Hodge" and "league's best players" is about as relevant and "Dick Reynolds" and "league's best players". Both were great in their day, but are now no longer relevant.

EDIT: Sorry for putting this in the banter thread, it is clearly more appropriate for the robust discussion thread
Suckling tagged?! Yeah okay mete.
But we ain't any other board
Did you know that no team in history has been 9-1 and missed the finals...
... yet
he is not physical and cannot handle someone running with him.
We weren't 9-1, champ.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
On a serious note, do you guys reckon you'll win the flag?
Great effort Bombers.
One day you'll tell your kids about the day you got within 100 points of the Hawks
Yep, beating up on a fragile, undermanned side doesnt elevate the prospects of winning the flag this year.Yep, and in fact if I had a kid right now I'd tell him "Hey, remember yesterday? We got within 100 points of the Hawks."
In all seriousness I'm still waiting for Hawthorn to beat an opposition side playing well. Obviously you can make the opposition look bad if you're good enough, but if I'm going to jump on the premiership bandwagon I'd want to see them be challenged and respond accordingly. That hasn't happened in a long time.

Beating Essendon means nothing for our finals campaign other than the 4 points.
Only injuries can stop us, at the start of the year champion data rated the Hawks list as the best and thats the way its panning out. If we have to play the Swans in the big one then the AFL via the umpires will do every thing in their power to try and stop us.On a serious note, do you guys reckon you'll win the flag?
Glad you had a good night.Always sweet pumping guys.
