Re: Bay13 regulars, do you actually like the club you support?

You're such a pathetic alias.

and you're a dick.

Yep he's a dick all right.

Pft, you not knowing is most of the fun.

Got a few PMs already.

Gonna have some real fun now.

Yep I knew you were lying.

But you can’t lie to your maker. He knows all about you. He knows that you are a dick and just like me He knows that have absolutely no BigFooty friends PMing you.

I actually feel for Him. He has to look down on you and with all His omnipotence he probably has to show extreme restraint from striking you down. But I say to him be gone with the restraint, be gone with any self-discipline. Strike down this pitiful being with such furious anger and disdain that it be a lesson to all those that choose to emulate his feeble and pathetic ways. You know that You want to, and you know that the people will rejoice.

Amen.

Re: Bay13 regulars, do you actually like the club you support?

I love the Suns. Have been looking forward to having a club born out of the same city as me since the idea was suggested. Way back in the 1990s. But Port got in instead.

Can't wait to see em play and win more than our fair share in 2011.

But I am starting to think there are a few Bay13 regulars who don't actually support the team they list. But spend copious amount of time seldging another team.

Strange human behaviour that, am guessing someone had their teddy's stolen off them as a child?

Clubs GIVEN the benefit of a reserves team

Only a couple of clubs have been allowed a reserves team & the rest of the comp just have to cop inferior arrangements.

Check out how the WA clubs spread their players across the WAFL comp compared to the in house reserves squads that some clubs were GIVEN by the AFL.

Re: Clubs GIVEN the benefit of a reserves team

I have often thought the West and South Australian teams to be at somewhat of a disadvantage in this respect. While a number of Victorian teams don't have thier "own" reserves side they are alligned to VFL clubs, meaning that players not in the league side continue to play together in the positions that the club wishes to see them play, within reason. The Swans, Lions, and I assume the Gold Coast will field thier own reserves side in local competitions. I think the reason Freo, Crows, Port and West Coast don't have a similair arrangement is that it will effect the integrity of the local competition too much. I know the ownership system is different for the WA clubs, but in South Australia it just highlights the anomaloy of the current ownership structure of the the local AFL clubs. I would suspect that both the Crows and Port would like thier own reserves side, it just makes sense. But in doing this the SANFL (owner of both clubs) would go some way to signing the death warrant for a number of local sides in it's own competition, the competition it owns and administers, a classic catch 22 situation.

Great pick-up, Perth. Lower will be just about the best player in the WAFL but won't make it at AFL level.

Re: What does Demetriou thank the Lord for each night before bed?

He's probably more praying that no more feral Collingflog players bring the game into disrepute

Re: Clubs GIVEN the benefit of a reserves team

The afl is a joke.No wonder Collingwood and Geelong can develop their talent better with their own reserve sides
