i don't mind ray and i think he will be a handy player but i would be a happy man should we pick up someone like hunter who can give us some back and forward depth. something we lack more of.

I like the guy and think he has talent and many upsides. So I would like to keep him as with the new teams coming into the comp soon, we need to stockpile as much talent as we can on our list.

Having said that, his last two games or so have been very average. He really needs to lift in the finals. He is not a young player anymore, there are no more excuses. I have faith in him though.

Very ordinary piece of play. He actually turned around and looked at the Roos player before he got tackled but continued to run at the same pace even though the Roos bloke was closing on him.

Boyds you are a huge wrap on Hunter. We will agree to disagree on how good he is. I am not a huge fan of his, and think Ray is a better prospect. But I respect your football knowledge, so maybe I am being overharsh on Hunter.

im not saying hunter is a better player then ray but hunter has shown that he is capable of playing well down back which will give us a handy defensive option and has shown he is serviceable in the forward 50 also. ray while a good player is something we don't really lack of and hence why i think someone like hunter could add something more then ray.

i don't think ray is a poo player. has had a poor couple of weeks which won't help him get extra $ on his contract at seasons end. that is if he wants to resign.

He's one of our most improved players this year. Get rid of depth like Ray and we'd be a far worse team.

Why de-list/trade young players when we can get rid of dead weight like Eagleton, Street or Skipper?

Gia. Good player but does not have the tank off Ray who can run all day. Gia unfortunately can't.

West was better but lets face it days are numbered and will probably retire. May still have an influence on the finals series but in reality is in twilight off career. Before getting hurt I would have put West ahead off him.

Boyd. Honest trier but is seriously slow. Gets beaten a lot in the foot race department.

ray is one of the weakest, stupidest players on the team. he might show a bit of flare at times, but thats once in a blue moon. the guy is a dud and perfect trade bait.
and to compare hunter to ray would be like comparing franklin to rawlings.... there is no similarities, one of them is 40,000,000,000x better than the other.
