Fastest over how far?

Davey has amazing acceleration AND top speed. He gets my vote.

However, the Ruzzzzzz would be fastest over 100m I would think! (Which isn't totally relevant to the footy field, but still)

Rusling is the quickest over 100m, over 20m i think he runs high 12s, puts 3 meters on most players. Judd would be close, so would davey in acceleration.

Last year's GF sprint had a staggered start, hence Fev won.

Deledio creamed it in 2005, easily beating the likes of Mark Williams.

no over 20m, he used to run 100s in 10.6/10.11 or something stupidly quick like that. he has lost pace now since he started to get ripped for the AFL.

Lol that's not right. I am pretty sure i have heard Rusling ran a 10.8 in the 100m. Dunno about his 20M. I'd say it would be around the 3 second mark.

I never understand why they handicap. Its not as if on a footy field slower players get a handicap when running for the ball!

Are you saying Rusling runs high 12's for 100 m cos thats nothin special. I know jordan mcmahon runs low 11's. That is quick.

Judd, wojak and deledio are very quick white fellas

Both davey's, both burgoynes and pearce are very quick

In AFL its more important how quick you are over the first 20m

Clint Benjamin from the Blues will make ever player mentioned on this thread look like they are going backwards when he hits the scene. Sub- 10.5 sec over 100m but apparently 400m and 800m are his specialties.

i think pearce is the fastest in the league over 20m, with nathan krakouer JUST behind him

shaun burgoyne is faster than the above two over a longer distance, 60-100m i think
