Just continued my tradition of packing an in form, African, EPL winger during the black friday weekend. FIFA 19= Salah, FIFA 20=Mahrez FIFA 21=Mane! Not sure if I can even fit him in the team, but will be great off the bench until I can afford some top end Liverpool players.

I've got Mane's normal card untradable and he's awesome, pretty much EPLs Neymar.
Doesn't fit in my team so I sub him on in the 70th minute, he's either scored or assisted in every game and has won me a lot of games that were tied up late.
 
The triple 81+ got me Firmino which i would be excited for except I've already pulled an untradeable TOTW Firmino from a gold upgrade pack a few weeks ago. The double 83+ got me UCL Brandt and gold rare Brandt . Got 344k after selling my RB Lukaku and don't know what i want to do. I'm tempted by that icon sbc in the hopes of getting a Del Piero, Zola, Zambrotta , Maldini , Nesta or Essien but i know I'd get Owen , Shearer , RVD or Nakata

I don't see the point in buying packs except for maybe launch week. At launch every player is pretfy much at their peak price so you can sell whoever you get and just wait a few weeks for the market to crash. Only the top 10-15 players and icons won't drop.

I'm lucky I packed an icon from SB rewards week 1 so I didn't feel any urge to buy packs.

Yeah i pulled Werner, Joe Gomez, Rashford, Havertz x 2 ,Martial, Kouliaby, Mertens, standard Sane and OTW Sane early in the first two weeks and have been set since. Been able to do most of the SBC's i wanted to without worrying about coin. Although i went too hard too soon on sbc's and will suffer come the second half of the cycle.

I still occasiinaly buy packs if i got the spare cash, will chuck a few bucks into player only promo packs just to get more sbc fodder.

If you have enough fodder in your club that you only have to spend around ~200k to complete the all the parts of the Icon Pack then I'd say do it. But if you need to sell players to afford it or spend 500k coins then its not worth it.
 
They really need to fix untradeable duplicates so we can still access our other rewards without having to discard a card for 0 coin or force us to do an sbc on the spot. Can't be that hard to let us keep our duplicate untradeables in our inventory.

You can do quicksell recover for the big cards, but yeah, sometimes it can get annoying.

Yeah, companion or the web app. You only get 5 a month I believe and you need to get the player back within a week. Not exactly the sort of system that you are talking about but can be useful on occasion.
 
After completing the Icon Pack SBC, around 10 Flash SBCs and about 15 2x 81+ SBCs, I've managed to pack IF Haaland and IF Valverde, IF Renato Sanchez, Werner x2 and a bit more fodder, as well as Guardiola from the Icon pack.
I feel so ****ing lucky and didn't even have to spend a single dollar.

All up probably about 1mil profit.
Just had enough in total to purchase both Carlos Alberto and RB Sancho.

Team is set for a few months now.

Have played 5 Rivals games with this new team and my defence is cracked. 4 wins, 1 draw, conceded 4 goals in total with 3 of the matches having less than 4 shots and a clean sheet.

Guardiola is much better than I expected, his intercepting is great and he's pretty strong
RB Sancho is probably the best RM in the game aside from Messi and Salah. The pace and shooting boost makes him able to cut in and score more often now.
Capita is just a rock. Literally nothing was getting through him and Klostermann.



I think next weekend I'll finally be ready to go into Weekend League.
 
sorry to keep on about it but Blanc 1.6 mil now, I wonder if he'll reach 2 mil coins? Glad I don't sell straight away sometimes.

Never, I mean never buy packs with coins. Only maybe like a mega pack as you can somewhat cover the cost. Unlucky man.
 
Bought Auba and a few other's last night after i decided to finally cave in and go with an EPL/Varane sweat side. Fast forward to this morning and i pull Auba and Martial from my 81+ epl upgrade. I can now sell Auba and get 100k back, not a bad start to tbe day haha

This is where I'm at now with my main team. Thinking of selling Rashford and getting Mane or selling Rashford and Pogba for Kante and Sterling. PS_App_20201129_014607.jpeg

using this for some fun, sick of using epl all the time :D

can't defend for shit in this game, so not using a massive amount coins in defence. Maybe their will be a nice bundesliga defender in the CL Team of the Group Stage promo or FUTMAS

Yesterday I couldn't lose a single game. Had around 10 wins, 4 draws with 1 loss. My team was unstoppable.
Today my players decided to gain 20kg overnight and have forgotten how to run. Shitty servers didn't help either.

Did realise though that moving into the higher divisions my Bundesliga attack was struggling more and more so had to change it up.

Ended up selling Drogba, OTW Sane and some other players.
Realised I almost had enough to get both Neymar and Mbappe so decided to make a Mbappe/Neymar/Yedder + Bundesliga Defence hybrid.


Bought Neymar so have every player in this team except Mbappe atm, need another 600-700k to afford him so will be a while. Can't wait to try out Neymar.
