Resource Finals tickets and membership questions

What I want to know is whether these tickets reserved for corporates/sponsors are already allocated to specific sections. Would be annoyed if seats better but no more expensive than mine suddenly became available for johnny/jenny-come latelies. Because, principle and all that.

Considering the seat map (post #18 in this thread) was greyed out (unavailable) across the prime sections of the 200 blocks and the 335-350 blocks, then I would presume that's where these sponsor tickets are. The best seats in the house.

Giving 30% of capacity to corporates and sponsors seems way over the top.

We have to accommodate the corporate’s, but they add b all to the athmospere of the stadium.

Not all for sponsors or corporates. They’re also offered to existing holders of the more expensive categories of memberships too like Sports Lounge, Presidents Club, Derby Club etc.. at much higher than normal cost.

Second this (as a theatre-goer, and as a Freo member). My reserved seat is in the Platinum Terrace (was Cat 1 first year, then they realised their mistake) and along with Sports Lounge members, we got offered first dibs on a premium hospitality package at $395pp. They are awesome seats, but for context the Premiership Terrace on the opposite wing was selling for $160pp, so there's a significant premium (to the point that it would be crazy to try and drink/eat enough to make up for it) that rusted on members will have jumped for as it's not an every day occurrence. The Derby Club and other coterie groups will also be in the same boat, and their numbers counted in the allotment for 'corporates and sponsors'.

That's what happened for the QF v Sydney in 15, I didn't go but when I looked out of interest, a lot the corporate seats were unused and were re-released to the public. As they were some of the best in the ground as a member you would have actually been better off just buying a seat then.

In saying that that game was the least popular final we have probably played apart from v Port and at the dump Subi of course.

Just looked on the website, they’re only advertising 2023 memberships now, not possible to buy one. As a Sydney based supporter, thought about getting a Purple Army membership early this year but stupid me decided to buy a grounds ticket a Canberra instead.

Because they hardly ever come here and since covid I havent been flying because I don’t want to miss work if I get it. (Not that I have to explain that to anyone.) I was going to get a digital membership rather than Kayo, but doesn’t work for domestic streaming.

we all support the club financially in different ways (I purchase some type of merch at least once a membership cycle), it always has to be within what fits within our personal and financial circumstances. Just because not i‘m not a financial member, doesn’t make my affiliation and emotional attachment to the club any less.

This… not in a position to buy me ever ships for the family, even interstate ones… shouldn’t be an issue getting GA tickets for this game, but they would usually sit club supporters together so would prefer to sit in a purple section rather then the ferals!
