Logged in.. Sat in the queue.. And bloody well got through! 2x tickets in the humble nosebleeds of section 521.

So, in the words of this iconic supporter at GMHBA stadium that've been living in my head rent-free since Round 7;

Have priority 2 but went in and there's still some restricted view tickets left.
Cost a fraction of what I payed for last year's grand final and actually not bad seats.

Waited until 3, jumped on, and by 3:20 I was the proud owner of 3 tickets in block 534. I will get altitude sickness but taking the football-mad smallest boy to his first finals match will make up for it!

42 000 for rusted on fans of the game.

18 000 for the “knobs”, .......... theatre goers.

Only partially true, many will go to family, friends, and associates of the club/players, who I'd assume are pretty die hard. Definitely some knobs though

What I want to know is whether these tickets reserved for corporates/sponsors are already allocated to specific sections. Would be annoyed if seats better but no more expensive than mine suddenly became available for johnny/jenny-come latelies. Because, principle and all that.

I’ve been to one Freo game, the Sydney one, in a corporate suite and whilst it was nice and all I didn’t enjoy it as everyone else was networking and I just wanted to yell at the Umpire without being seen as unhinged
