Well that is a more sensible answer. Bravo Jose.

However I think Umpire Bashing is not really healthy, esp all the abuse they cop at country/local level.

Really it's the fault of the rules committee and AFL head honchos who deserve to be criticised, although Laura Kane has been less than 12 months in the job, so I think she also deserves immunity from criticsm.

Reckon you have to be very tough mentally to be an AFL field Umpire tbh.
