And that is why I believe those 'things' need to be exterminated and destroyed without any recognition that they existed.
I can't think of a crime worse than child sex abuse.
This 'thing' might not be a murderer but he definitely kills & destroys hopes, dreams & lives. His victims & children he came into contact with, their families, friends, police and their families & friends, doctors, nurses, health care workers and their families & friends and on and on it goes. Hundreds, thousands perhaps tens of thousands of people that can be for a lifetime be inflicted by one 'animals' depravity.
His dark Web associates are unlikely to know his name and police are confident all children he abused in Asustralia have been identified. Besides, it would be easier for parents of potential victims to raise concerns if they knew his name. His name is likely being suppressed to protect victims (hopefully) or him (hope not).A new law's been passed where the cops can take over people's online identities, dark web stuff, facebook, insta etc which has probably happened here, to name the person might blow their undercover operation.
They're probably still also trying to identify every child they've found in his images and investigate their circumstances.

Any associate who knows him at all well would be able to ID him from his charges - they wouldn't need his name. That's why it was a year from arrest until this came out.Agree they are unlikely to know his real name but some of them probably will as we've seen before, and it only takes one in the network to blow it.
The cops have done it a few times like this, sometimes coming under fire when they've arrested a figure in the world of dark web child pornographers and sex traffickers by seamlessly taking over their accounts without their networks twigging and sitting in the job for too long while business continues.
To get an idea of how it works.

The way I read it, they've found him on that site, got enough to charge him and lock him up, then spent the next year building a monumental case against him. They've published his job and locations of offences, his name isn't going to give the game away to his co-offenders (who hopefully are well on the way to being arrested).I thought the suggestion was that he'd been in custody since August last year and that those charges with his name was under suppression? That with these latest charges after an investigation, his name will stay suppressed.

Some truly dedicated and admirable people hunting the most despicable and repugnant people.Agree they are unlikely to know his real name but some of them probably will as we've seen before, and it only takes one in the network to blow it.

Unbelievable, that’s a lot of lives he’s ruined, perfect candidate for half a death penalty.
I’m sure the parents know, that’s got to haunt them forever. At some stage the kids will know/find out.devil's advocate moment.....I wonder if there's a real question to be asked if it's actually worthwhile telling the alleged victims?
Whilst obviously they are entitled to know what happened if all this pans out to be valid, is it actually doing more harm than good? Imagine living your life happily at 18 and then being told this.
