I think Barco is ok as a 4.0, but outside that yeah I'm holding off.

Yeah i had Solanke as a Bournemouth player and still haven't changed my lineup. I think i'll keep 4 spurs players for first 3 gameweeks unless there are injuries or forced changes i need to make.

That's wishful thinking.

Also think there's a big chance Kulusevski doesn't start so not making moves just to keep your 4 Spurs seems like stuffing your team up for not much upside.

I wouldn't start with guys like Foden, Palmer and Watkins. West Ham have a tough start too. Not having Liverpool cover for Salah against Ipswich is pretty risky.
