Fremantle's Jumper Change

Fremantle's old jumper was one of my favorites in the league

Why they would change it to this has me baffled..

Why do clubs continually change their jumpers? Why not try and create a long lasting tradition..

I would be interested to here of some of the other poor jumper changes.

Melbourne 'away' jumper is pretty horrible..

i would much rather this be our clash jumper:

Happens all the time, after a certain preiod of time clubs look to change things. I like the old Freo jumper much better then their new one too. Atleast the AFL clubs are not like the English Premier League teams where nearly every season the jumpers change.

It's was Levi's, and previously Fremantle could use the anchor, but not the nickname "Dockers" officially.

I like both jumpers, personally. Purple Haze jumper probably the best.

I thought they got sued by Levi's because "Dockers" is copyright and they were using it on their merchandise. I don't think they got sued again over the anchor

They probably changed it because Danny Green is an embarrasment

The agreement was they couldn't have a large anchor on their jumper and the name "Dockers"

So they got rid of the anchor so they could call themselves the Dockers again
