I was hoping like hell we would pick him up and not English, not that I have anything against English it's just this guy stood out.

Australian Rules Football is a funny sport. Coaches get the sack after one bad season. If Ross Lyon or Neil Craig was an EPL coach, they would still get praised for keeping clubs out of the relegation battle. Then Again... 16th in the EPL guarantees safety and another 90-100 million pounds to spend next season.

I'm not into socccer, but what little I know of the EPL tells me that's probably because most of the team's have Nafan Buckley's hope of winning the pennant anyway since they can't financially compete with the likes of Man U, and like you said saying in the league is a victory in itself for small clubs.

Which is why Norf fans have every right to be proud. Its a miracle their club's managed to limp along as long as it has.

Instead, the lols will roll on for the next 4 years as he squeezes out his next shitty stock market decision.
