The difference is I can say the same thing without being rude. People that change teams arent disloyal because they never actually fully supported the team. When its in the blood you will know it.

I disagree with sanecow. The poster swanikka is a lame attention seeker, that is why he comes out with negative rubbish about the swans and that is why he's started this lame thread, for attention.
Attention seekers should be interesting or ignored.

Sure, but doesn't mean it can't still be entertaining. Some of the critical comments have made me laugh - "f* off disloyal tosser" was good. But overall, people have been very restrained here. Could you imagine what would have happened if he'd gone on the Tigers board and said "thanks guys, but I'll be supporting the Swans next year". Sheesh.

I'm too nice to say stuff like that. The meanest thing I've said on here was something like, your posts are rather negative.
We are a civilised bunch here, arent we? Im a bit worried about Dudley though as he wants me to hug him. Not that theres anything wrong with that. I get this impression of an old TV character Dudley Butterfield.
If I remember right, the guy who started this thread was an advocate for a west sydney team, a stand alone team in sydney etc, I have no problem with him trying to find his feet as a reletively new football supporter living in Sydney, but one thing Id like to add before he changes teams, Im a long time South supporter, my team moved to Sydney, I dont get to the footy much anyway, but I get to see my team play every week on tv, but I gotta admit, I kind of understand where hes coming from, but unless he plans on getting to training sessions of his new team, as an average supporter, it doesnt make much difference who he decides to support, no one in melbourne will think any better of him for supporting a melbourne based team, no need to change teams mate, melbourne footy people will actually think less of you, anyway, good luck mate, at least keep enjoying football!

As for this thread I think enough has been said to the OP and as such the thread is now closed and will be moved. Plus in regards to the OP's comments I will make them make the transition from the Swans to their new side by removing their access to the Swans Board, because if your not a Swans fan anymore the opening was just an opposition fan trolling Swans fans which is an infraction
