So I was told by Chipmunk that my team was to play the last of the pre-season games before the season proper started.
Turns out this was just a suggestion.
This was to have the Fulmina team go up against the best players from the Darkness Eternal team and also boncer34.
Turns out that they're not doing pre-season and arescared of playing us "conveniently" out of town.
This leaves Fulmina without a game or an opponent. So I decided to go find one to prove to the wider league how good the Fulmina squad is.
After a few days, I've returned with such a team. That team has ended up being the Australian Test team from 1997 that played the Ashes Test at The Oval. This team should be compatible with when the sim was made and should be a good indicater as to what the Fulmina team should look like.
Shout-out to Mobbs for simming the game on short notice and thank you to Tonga Bob for putting his hand up to do the posting. I want to see how well people go against a real Test team and this will actually be a better test for Fulmina than playing DE.
Also, I won't be playing since I want to get everyone involved. Here are the squads:
Fulmina:
(I've listed VD as an unofficial wicket-keeper despite being signed-up as a Pure Bat since I want everyone else on the team playing and we don't have a back-up wicket-keeper behind me.)

(Jason Gillespie played early in 1997 but didn't play in the Ashes while Paul Reiffel's wife was having a kid which is why Young is playing his one and only Test.)
