Some AWFUL performances from a handful of players
Disgraceful umpiring at a few key points in the game
Absolutely no idea just banging the ball into F50, was almost completely ineffective.
They kicked reasonably well in front of goals, and moved the ball out of defence FAR too easy.

Most things that could've gone wrong did. Filthy night out.

I'd be prepared to give him that. But! I would give him 8+ out of 10 for 3 or more games this year.

Find a new whipping boy. People who actually support the club dont bag out its personnel and wont stand by anymore and listen to idiots like you harp on about 1 player every game.

Finally some form of sanity, so 2/10 tonight, go on then please name the 3+ games where he got an 8...I know he tries his guts out, but when he gets it, he just turns it over so often it is beyond a joke...
FFS I would rather see REicky Dyson get it 10 times a game than stanton getting it 20... My membership is not about Money, it just makes the difference between Supporting or Barracking..Get it...

I give him close to 4 actually, below 5 obviously due to his off performance tonight, but he began to contest and win some clearances in the final term when everyone else looked completely stuffed.

This kid is going to be 3/4 the champion that Hird was. Big call I realise but his poise in heavy traffic and the ability to link up is as good as any senior player so far this season.

I'm still baffled how Prismall did not get a game. We lose two midfielders, Prismall dominates in midfield in VFL yet there's no spot for him. I have no doubt that if Prismall was aboriginal he would have been playing in the "dreamtime" game

The thing is, the midfield wasn't the problem tonight, McVeigh and Lovett-Murray were both able to step up, unfortunately Davey played one of the worst sub matches there has been so far, albeit not entirely his fault.

And the coaches lost a winnable game by playing favourites. H Slattery was awful. Davey only got a game because it was dreamtime. Shocking night by the coaching panel

Davey has been poor all year in both VFL and AFL. Simply did not deserve a game

To be honest LDJ, I was at the greyhounds last night and only watched the match in patches. Therefore cannot give you an accurate rating on his game.

Seriously, people cant let these stanton baggers get away with it anymore. Woeful display. One of our best players and will have the same reaction to any of the others.

Back on topic, was disappointing that some of the players did not step up that should have. Some complete brain fades were disappointing but my biggest gripe was the lack of tackling and forward pressure on the Tigers. Jetta was seemingly one of the only players to really run hard at the opposition to put pressure on them. Stanton really needs to use his run to pressure when we don't have the ball, seems like a lot of the players are saving their legs which allows Richmond easy ball movement out of their defence. Only time there was any desperation was late in the fourth. Poor performance all round really.

Heppell must be so frustrated, so many times he worked hard to win the ball, only to see a poor turnover 50m further down the ground.
