I genuinely don't understand the rationale behind resigning him twice. He took over at the end of 2017 and still hasn't made finals.

He demanded his contracted assistants be terminated in 2020, and the club obeyed. Did it fix anything? No.

I just don't understand how an unproven coach can win so much favor from a board. I have the same problem with Beveridge at the bulldogs, but at the very least he's won a flag and makes the finals. How can Dew get 6 years despite no results?
