Not at all worried about the injunction nonsense. Medical records of a couple players were illegally obtained. Medical in confidence is a real thing and applies to every person be that sportsmen or general public.
It all was inline with the drug policy of the time in regards to players self reporting or been treated/counciled for party drug use not falling under the 3 strike policy.
All the injunction did was rightfully protect the medical in confidence information of the players involved.
No need for players names to be sullied if they were not in breach of the AFL's 3 strike drug policy of the time.

Why would I care about spoons, it's not like the Hawks have any modern day spoons. There are equalisation methods in place now so spoons are much more embarrassing now especially a heap in a short period of time.
These days when a team gets a spoon it's highly likely they have been or are about to spend a few years atleast around the bottom of the ladder scooping up plenty of top draft picks.

When the Hawks were collecting theirs, no such measures were in place to assist those teams to build a team that could challenge or rise up the ladder.

It's all about the Premierships and the Hawks have won more than Carlton since entering the Comp.
Premierships are worth more now these days for the above reasons.
It's quite obvious why Carlton cannot win them anymore, they can't cheat.

Just like Franklin, we played better without Ablett. They are talented players, but they don't necessarily help their team win games. Ablett Jr seems to have inherited this trait as well.

You guys received 2 priority picks in consecutive seasons. As far as I'm concerned you guys are the original tankers, because back then there was actually a reason to tank. The AFL was handing out priority picks to struggling clubs like lollies, and you guys couldn't get enough of it. I know it's common for the bandwagoning Hawfs to not know much about their clubs' history, but this wasn't all that long ago.
