Based on form, personnel, etc you just can't be expecting Adelaide to win.

The only thing in their favour is that it's at a country town oval so it'll have that Adelaide home ground field.

We're needing something extremely unlikely to happen for us to make the finals. Clarko's entire presser was about next year - he knows how unlikely it is.

Adelaide have fallen apart this year.

Adelaide have been as hard as a custard sandwich much of the year. Sadly expecting no bottle in Ballarat tomorrow.

Still, FWIW: "Carn the Crows!"

(Pretty sure that's a first)
Yep, Crows have stunk it up for a while now , in Ballarat against a desperate Dogs outfit it's no looka to good ...lol...

The only hope is half their list will be playing for their careers today so if their is a hint of professional pride you knew know

Great crowd at Optus Stadium to see the Hawks play, in fact Hawthorn as we all know always have a strong following over in WA.
The two biggest crowds this season were the Derby btw Freo and WC, 58,219 the first meeting followed by 56,358 then Collingwood drew 56,251 just ahead of Hawthorn on 55,859.

If you have 10 minutes watch this. It’s a great presser with some insights on Big Boy and Chad in particular.

Great stuff from Clarko.

Amazing that Clarko said that having big boy and Ceglar in the front half is a liability. We should have 30 minutes Clarko presser and less footy show :D .

On the off chance the Crows do the right thing, would people rather the Eagles in Perth or the Tigers at the G?

Every bit of logic is pointing towards the Eagles in Perth, but there's that selfish part of me that loves a big final at the G, even if it's against a team we don't seem to play well against.

If the lions do somehow get up this arvo, a first week of Cats vs Pies and Tigers vs Hawks/Essendon would be rather great. The three-interstate matches option is a bit 'meh'.

Eagles in Perth. Not that I don’t think we can beat the Tigers, but, they are looking a lot more scary.

And the usual whingeing by Scott about how unfair they miss a true home final. Instead of it being a negative, it should be embraced by them as a way to get better at the MCG in preparation for the Granny. He's also talking up Dangerfield, not what I would do with their tendency to drink their own bathwater. Most under performed team of the last 10 years.

I agree. Surely this is the time you focus on positives of playing finals and try to remove any negativity that may be around the club. This is Scott though, only setting up excuses in the event they may fail. that's why he's not a good coach.

Regardless of what happens today, I’m enjoying the absolute melts from cats supporters about having to play the pies at the MCG when they finished top

Go pies

They know that the Pies will touch them up.

Nothing better than the annual Geelong capitulation in finals!

Gonna watch the Crows game for an hour, by that time I'm expecting to be thoroughly disappointed and switch over to the Storm game.
