Most conspiracy theories are stupid, for most of them the sheer number of people that would need to be in on it without blabbing would be massive. The whole AFL being fixed is a good example. Certain people being incompetent is a much more plausible explanation.

Yeah, but that's what they want you to think... :tearsofjoy:

Seriously - that's what they want you to think...

It's that or they continually hire incompetent people for no reason other than those incompetent people will do what they're told without asking questions. Which is kinda....

#corruptAF

*realistically, it isn't corruption when they openly state their favouritism, executed through policy & rule changes (or mid-game, if needs be).

I still can't get over how disgusting that decision was.
That is not the first time the Lions have been robbed by the umpires down at their cheat ground.

Take notes because in the last 10 years if they have been in a close game then miraculously the umpires find a way to drag them across the line more often than not.

It has happened time and time again not to mention Duckwood just racked up his personal 800th free kick last weekend, yet the umpires keep dishing out free kicks to him at an astonishing rate.

They've at least earned them with all the suspensions.

Not to mention the blatant throwing they engaged in, many of which were paid. And then vehemently complained about.

At one point last week, they looked only a step away from recruiting Tom Brady in the mid season draft! (He'd fit their age profile too!)

The bolded part doesn't bother me too much, except the handbags are just precious pieces of turd crust, because the Gabba was the worse place to visit during the their run early 2000s and D.Goldstink always seemed to be the ump and he murdered us up their away from the Melb lime light - pure piece of turd that he is (wanted to type "was" then).

I say a weekly poll on who can guess how many frees Duckwank is gonna get (now watching one of our most promising kids has taken away some joy this year already) - I guessed 9 bfore the game last weekend.

Don't know if this is the right place for this, but let's not forget that DGB was not our original choice for our first pick. This guy was...

Not the right place. He's not a hawthorn player, we didn't have access to him. We took DGB.

Lets focus on DGB, who's 6 months into his career at hawthorn

Or you could have said “I don’t need any reminder of Sydney’s clear advantages they enjoy”
I seriously can't believe that continue to get these crazy advantages. Imagine being a Saints or Melbourne supporter never seeing a Premiership and then Sydney win a couple (with an extra salary cap allowance) go down the bottom for 5 minutes and then just get gifted numerous top 10 talent for nothing to jump straight back up. The worst part is if Saints, Demons, North, Dogs got together and made a big media issue of it they could force the AFL to do something, but they are all funded by the AFL so they have to sit silent. A fair academy system would be for 20% to be added to the points needed for top 20 picks, not deducted.

Academies simply just shouldn't exist, neither should F/S, It's a draft system everyone just should be open draft.
