No. They make a shitload more money when it’s Melbourne clubs and double that when it’s Pies. There was an article in the Age back in 2010 about the economic impact of Pies in a GF. It’s huge.

But I don’t buy into the whole bias thing. There’s natural crowd bias but that’s as old as sports.
