How can you get an unfair dismissal claim when you're on a yr-to-year contract?

Was talking to an Essendon supporter who understood the narrative of the media starting it was a transition and then Dodoro would then leave, however all scum fans knew the only way he would leave was in a box or via a financial settlement. Dodoro must have some serious intel and know where the bodies are buried to be afforded such royalties.
