Lethal was the greatest by pretty much all criteria.
Buddy's height was deceiving and you could argue he played a large part of his career as a small forward

Did lethal actually play as a full time fwd? I never saw him play
He played as an actual full forward, not just a forward, during the latter part of his career. In his youth (before my time but from what I read) he played forward pocket while Peter Crimmins filled the first rover spot. He kicked 11 as a rover one day and 11 as a forward years later.
Peter Daicos has to be right up there as the best small forward ever, probably only behind Matthews. And Kevin Bartlett was outstanding as a half forward in the latter years of his career; he kicked 21 goals in three finals in 1980!
Not sure how you’re defining “small forward” but given that Gary Buckenara is only a smidgen taller than Luke Bruest, I’d rate Bucky ahead of him every day of the week - and that’s no disrespect of Luke who’s also one of our all time greats.

Bucky was one of my favourites. Such a shame about his knees.

Thanks for everyone’s replies. the reason why I occasionally post those type of questions (other than I was drunk as I just turned 50!) is to enjoy the different opinions and in many cases as an older supporter taking trips down joyful memory lane. What a club eh!!!

'I was hacked' - everyone who has sent a dick pic as a tweet as opposed to a DM in the last 15 or so years.
Highly unlikely he was hacked. Usually the hackers will lock you out of your account. Don't get your account back 5 minutes later. Suspect he had a few and hit the wrong button

Agreed - it’s the catchcry of everyone caught like this on Twitter et al. Was even funnier when you could see people’s likes and adult material would inevitably be liked/retweeted by politicians. I’d give full credit to any of them that would just say ‘yeah my bad, that was me!’.
