Will Sale City be back in A grade does anyone know??

Two vice presidents are from Sale City so will this influence a decision??

I think Mayhem said there was no plan.

So that is not a fair comment.

God you are one dumb piece of crap.

what ever plan it was, it didn't work, is that a fair comment

No, I wouldn't say it was. Every club measures success differently, I would think that when you come to a club that has not won a game in 2 seasons, and 2 years later, you manage to beat one of the grand finalist and the prelim finalist, it is probably not a bad effort.

The club has won roughly 10 games in 7 years, it is not like they were perenial grand finalist, and they fell off the rails when Hendo rocked up and started coaching.

I've gotta ask Robbie Jayy, do you actually have any idea what you are talking about, or just generall cast comment about things you have no idea about?? I have nothing to do with the Maffra or Sale footy clubs (for example, could interchange any club into this spot), so, I don't get on these sites making judgements about them, or commenting on things other than their on field performance on the weekend, which is plain for everyone to see for themselves. Maybe you should adopt the same attitude!

Come on down to the Traralgon Imperials Cricket Club SaintsManMat. We field sides in A,B and C Grade and our home ground is at Catterick Crescent, which is next to the Basketball Stadium. I'll PM you some more info.

Adrian Burgiel will not be playing cricket this season. It is a fact.

i heard over the weekend he might be just not at Maffra

any other cricket news or recruits, surely the wurruk Wrigglesworth phone has been doing the rounds, i woulda thought a couple more paid players this year to make sure they're over paying again.

Jack Tatt???
King ???
Hendo??????? $$$$$$$

Jack will be looking to play in Melbourne maybe with a Luke Klasen.

Unfortunately SMCA cricket is dying a slow death the once perennial powerhouse league is slowly getting whittled away by people who frankly don't want to commit to cricket.

Shorten the format and improve the one day set up and just maybe the consistent players might come back and play, but even more so the younger generation might actually consider playing cricket in the summer.

Out of the league potentially from the last three years is:
Andrew Tatterson
Jack Tatterson
Nathan King
Mark Nicholls
Adrian Burgiel
Ben Durrant (may require ankle surgery)
Steve Parry
Luke Klasen??
Steve Nicholls
Brett Millington
Andrew Davidson
Steve Olsten
Winston Gieschen
Andrew Gieschen
Trevor Wrigglesworth
Dean Thatcher
Layton Armstrong

Fair list of players. (sorry if i forgot anyone)

The only cricket news floating around will be about whether anyone can knock off Stuart Anderson as best dressed cricketer this year, always dressed impeccably in matching gear and clean crisp creams.

Contenders for the 2010-2011 award are=

D.Keam - Apparently the bat with electrical tape wrapped around it and the shirt with the beer stains from the 50 pots the night before at legends has struck a cord with judges.

L.Maguire - May be looking at upgrading gear this year, like Stu has a taste for clean crisp clothing and matching gear, but the question remains will the judges see enough of him in his batting gear to judge him best dressed.

J.Tatterson - Vests are back and so will be the shiny black, silver or leather watch. This bloke is a rebel and revels in wearing sneakers on all surfaces. One to watch.
