Big FCNK deal! no one seems to realise that drugs and alcohol are the same for this generation (as sad as that is)
If he's banned for 4 years then we have a serious problem. All the old crew and i'm one of them who will say well alchohol is legal and drugs aren't ..is true but it's a just a government edict. I'm certainly not saying legalise drugs but its a matter of opinion on what's bad and reckless...

Brayden Crossley

The big ruckman certainly has some spunk about him with his slick hair and mustache. A member of the Gold Coast Suns Academy, Crossley played 10 senior games for the battling club, averaging six hit-outs and 9.4 disposals (at 69 per cent disposal efficiency). Isn’t one to shy away from the hard stuff, averaging more contested than uncontested possessions and laying 22 tackles on the whole. Will need time to learn but is developing nicely and already has a strong frame.

Always had a nose for trouble so it seems.
probably like most of your players too!

This is why no sporting club on the Gold Coast will succeed. It's just unfortunate for them that the area they are based in is the Las Vegas of Australia - People go there to party. Not to single this guy out or paint the club with a brush that they are all like this, but it is indicative from all the big name experienced players that have gone there and their careers have fizzled, that none of them gave a hoot about the place. They all went there to party and live the life - retire.

What can the Suns do to fix their culture is the question? The only way out is if they move to Cairns. Whilst they are in the Gold Coast, any player that goes there will immediately see it as a Party destination... Forget Bankstown.... we're off to Ibiza!
That's ridiculous...we cover it up better in Vic. Bigger here than up there x 10000

Especially since we all know the stars get away with it.
Anyone can get away with it if they've got half a brain. Cocaine is detectable in your blood for up to 48 hours, 4 days in urine. Even Swannie could figure out how long he had before he had to be clean.

This guy should be banned for 8 years just for being stupid.

If you steal a chocolate bar you don't deserve the death penalty. Punishment doesn't fit the crime

Yeah, this. Four years seems wildly excessive.

AFL 360 last night mentioned that Crossley tested positive back in May for a cocaine "metabolite", and that the B sample results are yet to be released.

Because partying isn't a thing for cash-rich young blokes in Melbourne or Sydney...
