I am not sure If taking prescription medication/drugs is a viable long term solution to insomnia friends.

Listening to audiobooks or even talk back radio on a soft volume is what generally let's me drift off to sleep

Over time, it becomes a very effective method in going to sleep friends

Mrs does a few nights. We got shutter blinds that keep the inside pitch black. Was about $1500 per blind supply and install last year. Not sure if that would help you.

They definitely help, especially if your blinds/drapes leak sunlight.

I did say “rarely” though… That Norf creep Barry Cable should be locked up and have the keys thrown away.

Yeah Denchy went to gaol for 14 months or so

Those type of sentences annoy me (similar to poor Glenn Whatley) cause campaigners of much more serious crimes, aka sexual assault, armed robbery, hit and run drink drivers and even idiots found guilty of manslaughter often face less severe terms in Prison with our magistrates

This is nothing new either Jill Meagher's killer Adrian Bayley previous had built up a massive rap sheet that should have seen him incarcerated for life

My ex father in law was a retired cop and part of the reason he took an early retirement was disillusionment over how inappropriately soft our magistrates/courts were on so many serious criminals.
