Amazing concert, made even more amazing by the inclusion of Chris Cheney (from the living end) playing I Fought The Law with them.

I asked you to go to the Greenday concert, you said you'd never heard of them.
How cool is that! So I went to your room, and read your diary.

Give Me Novacaine
Longview
Hitchin' A Ride
Brain Stew

Wake Me Up When September Ends
Minority
I Fought The Law (with Chris Cheney!)

(Encore)
Boulevard Of Broken Dreams
We Are The Champions
Homecoming
Good Riddance

May have a couple of songs out of place.

yes easily the best show i have EVER attended, everything was just pure brilliance, i also dont think ive ever had so much fun, except for those handful of arrogant pricks in the idiot zone but u get that at every show...absoloutely amazing it was!

also just a word out to the people who had idiot zone/ ga arena b tix....
the doors for us opened 4.30....now i arrived at 5 i knew the lines would b quiet big...but the line going around the entire stadium was just a pure joke....im a my chemical romance fan a big one and i was still in the line when i knew they were due to come on at 6.50 and sure enough i heard the guitar starting to come in for im not okay so i just started going off and my friend just said no ******** this grabbed my arm and we ran from about 300m back from the line to the front and no one said a word to us...i know this was a terrible thing to do, but u know i was expecting to be in there by the time they were on and i was not going to miss it...and i know there would have been other people in my situation who would have missed it for sure. im pretty confident some ppl in those lines may have even missed out on a bit of jimmy eat worlds set!im just basically saying the organisation of that was pure ********...there was only two people putting wristbands on people in the line and thats why the line was moving so slowly

I found MCR to be avergae to be honest.
Jimmy Eat World, they were bloody sensational!!! Sweetness live sounded absolutely awsome.
Coming into the day i wasnt the biggest greenday fan. Love their old stuff, but hardley listened to American Idiot album. After seeing them play for 2 hours they have found a bigger fan in me lol. The fireworks duringthe set were a great addition aswell as the mini band they created (guitar guy would be stoked). The atmosphere was sensational,(unlike what teh Herald Sun said) the crowd really got into it. Aussie Aussie chant went off was awsome. Was suprised on how well they covered we are the champions.

On the enterance saga, that was absolutely bull********!!! We arived at 4:30ish and to find a line that was huge. What made it worse is there was no signage and everyone was guessing what gate to enter in. After standing around in the line for 30misn and not moving we decided to start cutting in. Lucky no one said anything. We ended up getting in 5 or so mins b4 MCR. What was really dissapointing was thaat there was 2 gates open for people to get in. 37,000 people getting into 2 gates is just ********. If i was late iwould be asking for compensation.

Overall a top night, and by far the best gig ive been to!!!! Jimmy Eat World and Greenday ROCK!!!

I was in the line since 11am, there were already about 100 people then. Security people really did not have a clue, giving out wrist bands and the like. I ended up in the second row in the Idiot Zone section just on the edge of the walkway bit, a perfect view (if i were a bit taller). Managed to stay there for the entirity of MCR and JEW, but had to be pulled out due to **************** tall guys who made it their duty to push the smaller girls downwards so they could get in front. Anyway, I could hardly breathe, so had to get out before Green Day. (Deja vu from Blink last year). I was so so so ********ed off.

I'd like to make a note of how uninteresting My Chemical Romance were, maybe it was poor sound, but really... just a very very mediocre performance. Oh, and Gerard is totally in love with himself. All he did was touch himself.

Jimmy Eat World were wonderful, as expected... even though I'm not a huge fan.

Green Day blew me away. Again. Such a wonderful band and amazing show. Really, nothing else to say. Just amazing.

If anyone has a photo of Billie in the Aussie Flag, please please please send it to me. Thanks

yeh dilz definately sounds like that was me...then once i got through the dumbass guard yells out to me excuse me no running...seriously what a ********er, everyone who was in the line paid theyre $85-$91 dollars to see all three bands so stuff them ill run as much as i want and i certainly did

i didn't think mcr was that bad... but yea as u's hit it on the head; they arent too exciting on the stage but i thought they sounded alright.
jimmy werent as I'd thought them to be but weren't that bad.
we got right infront of the stage, like where the walk out was. it was tough in there for the 1st few songs... but every1 was recked by the end. so were my shoe laces... and the tshirt might have a few sweat stains too

Anyone else feel outta place with all teh emo's /freaks?? to much looking around all i could see was black, then when ilooked at myself i was wearin a light blue polo and jeans lol. A chick had a tshirt sayin DIE EMO, laughed so hard at the gold.

i rekon my chemical romance were way better than jimmy eat world, thought they put on an awsome show for a band who was opening, and the crowd seemed to react alot to them.

I don't really understand that. Do you just know more my chemical romance songs or something? Helena sounded absolutely woeful. Jimmy Eat World were solid.
