Then they are silly if they don't take an offer from GC.
If it is a massive offer then sure, otherwise hang onto the pick.

I doubt freo take both Amiss and Andrew
Richmond are every chance to take the best mid at 9 as much as they are to take Mac Andrew, they need both but what do they prioritise and think they can get later on
Port i doubt are interested in a tall when Clurey cant get a game. If port are interested then even more interest in pick 13
And they might. But with the reported interest from sides wanting to trade up for Callaghan that looks real, GWS hold the whip hand as none of those clubs know if GWS will just pick him or not and therefore it is a sellers market. If you are Hawthorn say and really want Callaghan - are you prepared to call GWS' bluff and hope he slides to pick 5..or even Adelaide say at pick 4, would they be prepared to assume GC does not pick him. What if they prefer taking a player over taking Callaghan? For list fit, from a retention perspective or for potential. Not saying this is the case, but perhaps they think Andrew could be a player that gives them a better shot at long term success, maybe they think he can be the next Buddy or Nic Nat. Then they are silly if they don't take an offer from GC.
Yeh if im Richmond im taking whoever of Andrew or Amiss is available at 9 (Although im not convinced on Andrew), just think they need to sort talls firstI agree freo probably take amiss or andrew (probably amiss)not both as their other pick is likely erasmus or johnson.
The way i see it is richmond just lost 2 talls in the trade period and another to retirement and an ageing spine (riewoldt tarrant grimes all near the end and lynch 30) and this draft runs much deeper in mids than talls so if im them im taking the best tall avail in the top 10 (whoever they rate most out of andrew amiss gibcus etc) in the knowledge i can get decent mids in the second round.
Well be a good get for you guys. I'm interested on who you get at 13, will you get the next best Key or another Vic kid.Cmon down Finny boy!!!
Hard to say… our recruiters often call out less well known names… I could see us taking a smaller, quicker player.Well be a good get for you guys. I'm interested on who you get at 13, will you get the next best Key or another Vic kid.
Twomey's assessment & knowledge of NSW clubs needs overall has left me underwhelmed when it comes to draft selections for some time. He's freely admitted he's got no idea what the Swans are up to and never has. Overall I find his knowledge of draft needs for clubs other than Vic is not all that great.I know we won’t get an offer of that magnitude. Nor am I expecting one. What they were offered was way overs and if I’m a North supporter, I’m flat that we didn’t take it.
The “offers to date” re: Giants pick 2, well; I haven’t seen any actual reported offers. I hear guys like Twomey (that little twat) who have a heavily-biased VFL output to their work spruiking what you have mentioned; but that’s where your opinion fails.
You’re putting faith in talking heads like that little flea who try and drive agenda through shitty, ill-formed biased opinion.
A 1st round swap with a second coming our way is horrendous unders.

Arguably similar for all the interstate clubs ... he schmoozes with the Vic teams and gets sources - less so the interstaters. Can't say I'm unhappy with that, at all!Twomey's assessment & knowledge of NSW clubs needs overall has left me underwhelmed when it comes to draft selections for some time. That's the end of Phil Davis.
Can't see how he gets a game with Taylor and Aleer.
Who knows… I think Aleer is a bit older… could happen.Aleer won’t be ready r1 for starters. Davis is still playing next year barring injury. Itt would be like us saying well we drafted Sheldrick so Kennedy ain’t playing

Id be surprised if Davis isn't given first crack.
When he was fit last year he still looked good.
I also suspect that he'll miss a number of games at some stage.
Cogs to be added to that and Toby and Brent Daniels have run through there semi regularly last 2 years.Josh Kelly, Lachie Whitfield, Jacob Hopper, Tim Taranto, Tom Green, Callan Ward, Lachie Ash, Tanner Bruhn, Conor Stone, Matt De Boer, Finn Callaghan
Giants midfield depth chart. I’ve seen a few oppo midfield charts being put up but I’m not sure they run as deep as this.

XOH also not in that list
