I know we don't have many option at the selection table but 8 talls plus Rotham when we have Hough and Trew in the emergencies seems a bit weird to me.

I really like what Dixon has done this year but not sure what his role is when we have Williams and Jamieson in the team although based on what we've seen this year I'd probably go with the ruck combination of Jamieson and Dixon with Williams on the outer. In defence we should definitely only be playing one of HEd or Rotham. Both are in a pretty poor patch of form so I'm not really sure which one you'd go with - probably Rotham to be honest.

For mine I would have changed
In: Hough, Trew
Out: Williams, HEd

Cripps very lucky (should be lucky anyway but it's starting to feel like he is a lock if fit) but don't think there is a third non-KPP who is fit that you could bring in for him.

Trew is struggling at WAFL level after a long period out. There's no way he would get a game currently. He was only on the emergency list because we had to name 4 people.

Taranto, Ash and Preuss out for GWS in addition to the other outs

It's the hope that kills you
Glad I chucked some money on us the other day at around 7 bucks. With the Giants’ outs and the unknown of the new coach bounce, we’re as good a chance this weekend as we’ve been in a fair while.

Eagles by 15.

I did the same.

Kelly and Redden have nailed down some form, West had a break out game, Shuey and Gaff will improve our midfield, GWS have massive outs.... this is our best shot in more than a month

THEY HAVE A CHANCE (of not losing by more than 10 goals)

Only due to a high number of unforced outs for GWS - Braydon Preuss, Lachie Ash, Tim Taranto, Haynes, Stone, Whitfield and Callaghan. The predicted wet weather will be helpful.

Sounds like the flu or gastro has spread around the giants team. Means there will be players who will play who are ill or are still recovering imo. With the right intent we could absolutely win this.
More likely they'll pass it on to us and next week we'll be able to add 10+ vomity/pooey guys to our existing list of 20 injuries.

Some more outs for the Giants.

Witherden out and Hough in. That’s what I would have like to see. Witherdens kicking is shit and always gives 1/2 away each week with nothing kicks. And at crucial moments
