If they're happiest staying in Brisbane, perhaps they're told 'have fun at combine, but don't spook the horses or you could end up on Perth'.

More a nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse, methinx.

I feel he deffinatly showed a few good signs on the weekend without being a standout. His goal from 50 was massive and he won a few ruck contests against the 'Mullet Man Maric' didn't win alot but won enough to think he has something to work with. I'd keep him in for this week against an extremely unmanned west coast defence. I could see a high scoring game from both teams if we get our shit together.

Looked pretty good. Similar to Dadsy pretty slow over 5-10 metres. Before seeing him debut I thought hopefully he'd end up as a defender and now I'm thinking ruckman who will rest forward.

what is the job security like for young andrews? i really liked him game1 last weekend

Named in starting side this week - like any 1st year KPP it is only a matter of time before he goes back to the 2's to work on his game, but rated VERY highly by the club and those in the know.

In his first senior game as a defender, Andrews had a virtually unprecedented 3 contested marks among his 7 total marks. Both figures were equal best on the ground.

I have hardly seen any defender, let alone someone in his fourth game, be so confident about marking the ball under pressure.
