No, in fact my comparison was that at the same stage of their careers in terms of games played, Butcher was worse performing than Walker.... who was fairly ordinary up until 2012.Are you actually trying to argue that Butcher is better or just as good as Walker? So I'm kinda making a case to agree with you, sort of. Maybe Butcher can surprise us all in the same way that Taylah had a breakout season in 2013.

probably an adelaide joke mate having a dig at neil craig. no harm intended. i probably should have said that he wasn't expected to kick goals, his primary job was to ensure that his opponent was boundary side. most port supporters would understand that dig at craig.

On a side note, it's funny how Schulzenfest doesn't even bother trying to defend this spud anymore. In fact, it looks like he actually can't wait for Spud Butcher to get delisted so he won't have to put up with the constant trolling here.

Fair enough, important skills but people can be useful AFL footballers without them.
Can he tackle, spoil, get his head over the ball for the hard ball get, hand ball, tag, swoop on a crumb or leap in the ruck for a hit out to advantage?
By the way, he is not meant to be a key position forward is he?
