Has been my Fav non North player since Hocking retired (apart from exNorth players) and will be until he retires.
The definition of a no fuss footballer. I can't recall him ever talking back to an ump, abusing an opponent or anything that coould be construed as whingeing.
Hard as anything, which is well known, but like a few that play that way, is an underrated footballer. Excellent of both feet, sure hands and amazingly influential.
One of the best of the past 10 years.
Would he make Collingwood's TOC if it was held the year after his retirement and he was still solid until then...?

He's still a punce, but not as bad as the rest of them - he's about a 6 on the punce scale, while "Bucks" and "Pebbles" are leading the vote on a 9.5.

Come to think of it, I don't hate many of their footballers either!!
I like Fraser, Tarrant, Burns, Buckley, Lockyer, Presti, Wakelin and Rocca. I also have a huge amount of respect for Malthouse as a footy coach.

Typical North supporter...No passion!!
Hard to see who he would replace. Haven't got the TOC handy but Buckley was a controversial inclusion. Burns is up there with Gavin Brown but Brown. Brown was better in a few areas which is a big call but Burns has better diosposal. There have been a heck of a lot of players at that similar level over the years though. Tony Shaw is probably ahead of Burns. I suspect a lot of non Collingwood fans might dispute that.

The most underrated player in the comp is Burnsy and would be considered a star player had he not been injured from 1997-2001. Due to those injuries, he may have an extra year or two in the tank.
Gavin Brown also has claims to the throne.
