The good news is when we play shit it doesn’t matter who we play.
They all flog us. So just maybe when we play to our abilities we may just trouble all sides.

Just so ****ing frustrating and Patch got owned today. The first quarter was horrid, any BF poster could have set up better after their 4th goal .

Oh well a a 46 point deficit at quarter time and we lost by 46 points.

**** me

Bailey Scott gets it too much. He burns our attacking thrusts with his shit ball use.

Back to the mean again right at home in the 40+ deficit zone where we belong because this team is the absolute pits and needs a serious reshuffle of players.

god willing Clarko comes over because we need something to lure better senior players in that can escalate this team because we gotta shed the remaining deadwood here, get the younger blokes into a serious pre-season of building their bodies up, and get a better game plan than what we’ve had for the last 2-3 years.

This team is hard as * to watch most weeks, our last 2 weeks were indeed a sugar hit from the drama leading up to sacking the coach.

Better players…like Impey, Omeara and Mitchell…I don’t know. It’s a double edged sword isn’t it. We could get some great players potentially but does it help overall? Are these three going to eject them into the Top 4?

Who would be a list manager when you have a 1/18 chance of winning a Flag based around what you construct?

Don't put a lot of blame on the defenders or forwards, it was the midfield that allowed this game to be played the way it was. Poor disposal forward meant our forwards had a tough time getting to the ball while the defenders had to cope with not only good disposal coming their way but immense space.

Massive I50 deficit again.

Simpkin putrid.

Buckets was massive. LDU our best mid by all racing track straights.

Corr isn’t the answer as a KPD. Or a third tall. Don’t see it with Bonar.

The basic skill level under no pressure isn’t acceptable.

McKay, Young and LDU our best. Throw a blanket over a few other honourable mentions but the rest can get in the bin. You can't win a game with that many passengers

I’m struggling to see how LDU performed poorly today if you went by the game day thread. Most clearances of the team and had 2 goals, got involved and did some good centre work.

LDU and McKay, probably throw in LMac and Young as our best.

He was below is recent standard, so was noticeably poorer. It is actually a complement that he could still play ok and we expect more.

We played the first quarter conditions as poorly as possible and then broke even for the rest of the game.

Even with a three-point first quarter and no Larkey, that was our third-highest scoring game all year as well.
Talk about mixed results

Bailey Scott is such an untidy footballer.

He takes no care with ball in hand whatsoever.

Bonar I would delist tomorrow if I could, he can't play.

Ben McKay a shining light. Needs to be the long term pillar of defence, lock him in. A better kick than 'Torch' Hall.

Paul Curtis. Plays to hurt. Has skills. A rarity.

Just what is JHF's problem? Baffling. Looked like a gun in the last 10 minutes when he finally put in some effort. Hope the club can work it out. Needs to mature fast.

Umpires, eh? :shoutyoldman:
